  • 1 Tbsp 1 butter

  • 6 cloves 6 garlic, grated

  • 2 Tbsp 2 sake

  • 1.5 tbsp 1.5 soy sauce

  • 2 tsp 2 oyster sauce

  • 2 tsp 2 sugar

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 chili flakes (adjust to taste)

  • Udon noodles, cooked according to package instructions

Directions

  • Prep the sauce
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chili flakes. Set aside.
