  • 12 12 chicken wings

  • 2 cloves 2 garlic, grated

  • 1 tsp 1 ginger, grated

  • 1 Tbsp 1 light soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp 1 dark soy sauce

  • 1 tsp 1 black pepper

  • 1 tsp 1 chicken powder (or bouillon)

  • Rice
  • 2 cups 2 white rice, washed

  • 2.5 cups 2.5 chicken stock

  • 4 4 leaves Chinese cabbage, roughly chopped
